Bell Overload (Upgrade ur Omelette)

Stick and Ladle

INGREDIENTS:

  • Bell peppers
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • White pepper
  • 4 Probio eggs
  • 1/2 cup tomato
  • 1/2 cup bacon
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp spring onions
  • bacon bits

HOW TO PREPARE:

  1. Cut green peppers into two; discard seeds and membranes.Brush olive oil, sprinkle salt and white pepper.
  2. Bake for 4 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, mix eggs, milk, bacon, cheese, tomato, spring onions, salt, pepper to taste
  4. When bell peppers are done , pour the egg mixture into peppers.
  5. Sprinkle spring onions and bacon bits.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes
