INGREDIENTS:

  • 16 pcs of shrimp heads
  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • 1 cup oil for frying
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

HOW TO PREPARE:

  1. In a bowl, put the shrimp heads, garlic powder, salt,black pepper powder, then mix, lastly add the cornstarch. mix, set aside.
  2. Now, heat the pan,  pour the oil and when its hot,Drop the shrimp heads carefully into the hot oil and fry for about 2 minutes. 
  3. Remove the heads from the oil and drain briefly on some paper towels. Serve the shrimp heads hot and crunchy.
