Crunchy Cauliflower Bites

Stick and Ladle

INGREDIENTS:

  • Medium Cauliflower 
  • 7 tbsp flour
  • Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp parsely
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  •  1 tsp white pepper
  • egg

HOW TO PREPARE:

  1. Cut cauliflower and boil until tender
  2. In a bowl, combine 1 tbsp parsely, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp white pepper, 1 tsp salt, 3 tbsp flour. Mix well. Add cauliflower and gently toss to coat each piece evenly.
  3. Transfer coated cauliflower to another container
  4. We dont want to waste the spices, so in same bowl add 1 tsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp flour, 1/2 tsp salt, some pepper. Mix untill its lump free. Add water and flour if needed.
  5. Dip coated cauliflower in batter mixture.
  6.  Cover it with breadcumbs
  7. Heat oil in a skillet. 
  8. Drop breaded cauliflower one at a time into skillet. 
  9. Fry until golden brown
