Crunchy Spring Rolls

Stick and Ladle


  • 1 pack Spring Roll Wrappers
  • 1 minced onion
  • 3 cloves minced garlic. 
  • 200 grams of ground pork
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 grated carrot 
  • 1 grated potato
  • cheese


  1. Peel off each springroll wrapper
  2. Combine all the filling ingredients onion, garlic, ground pork, black pepper, seasoning, carrot and potato.
  3. Scoop 1 tbsp filling, place over the wrapper, add cheese, fold sides and roll up. Seal the edges by applying a little amount of water or beaten egg.  
  4. In a pan pour oil, when the oil is starting to get hot add the wrapped springrolls.  Remove them when it turn golden brown.
  5. Serve.
