INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 3 tbs cacao powder
  • 1 avocado
  • 1L coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 16 dates, pitted and diced

HOW TO PREPARE:

  1. Blitz oats in a blender to make a fine powder.
  2. Add the cacao powder, avocado and coconut water and blitz.
  3. Add the berries, mango and diced dates and continue to blitz until smooth.
  4. Serve in tall glasses.
