Juicy and Flavourful Grilled Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 pcs Chicken (Quarter Leg)
  • 1/2 cup Dried Laurel Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Pepper corn
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • Lemon grass
  • 1 Chicken brooth cube
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 4 tbsp Soysauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1tsp Black pepper powder
  • 3 tbsp 100% Pineapple juice
  • 3 chopped chilli (optional)

HOW TO PREPARE:

  1. Position chicken on cutting board make slashes, make sure each slash should reach bone.
  2. In a pan, place chicken, dried laurel leaves, peppercorn, salt, lemongrass, chicken brooth cube, half cup of water or more and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Basting sauce,
  4.  In a bowl, combine ketchup, soysauce, vinegar,black pepper powder and 3 tbsp pineapple juice.
  5. Ready for grilling. Brush basting sauce often. Serve
