For those people who want pizza and love pizza crust but still following a low-carb diet. Here’s an easy to make, healthy veggie pizza crust recipe, that is grain-free and gluten free. 



The main ingredient is cauliflower. You can use a pre-riced store bought cauliflower or a whole cauliflower and rice it.



Also, in making cauliflower rice, I usually like to grate them manually. But if you are going to use a food processor just remember don't use the S blade coz that won't give you a uniform size, it will give you a mushy texture at the bottom and chunky at the top.

  • 1 cauliflower (riced)
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/8 tsp thyme
  • 1/8 tsp oregano
  • 1 egg.

      1. In a bowl combine cauliflower rice, oregano, salt, cheese, and egg. Then mix thoroughly. In a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put the dough in. Use your hand to flatten the dough. Form it into a circle or square. Make sure it's even and for thickness keep it 1/4 or 1/2 inch.

      2. Bake this for 20 minutes or until dry and golden. 

      3. Use the parchment paper to flip the crust over, remove the paper, and bake again for 5-10 minutes. 

      4. Put the toppings, 1st is the tomato sauce,  then the quickmelt cheese, then the sausage, last mushrooms and bake for 5 to 10 minutes.
