  • 1/2 kilo Roast Pork leftovers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 tsp peppercorn/li>
  • 2 pcs bay leaves
  • 1/8 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/8 cup sugar 
  • 1/4 cup water/li>
  • salt to taste/li>
  • 3 tbsp or more Mang Thomas sauce/li>


  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot except for salt. Simmer until the sauce thickens. Dash in some salt to taste. Add more water as needed.Turn off the heat and transfer to a serving plate.
