Meaty Cauliflower Fried Rice

Stick and Ladle

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 2 Cloves Onion
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • Half Onion
  • Chicken Broth (Optional)
  • 5 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Olive oil
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage
  • 1 Chicken Breast 
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Greenpeas
  • 1 Egg

HOW TO PREPARE:

  1. Slice onion,garlic,carrots (cube), cabbage and chicken breast. Grate Cauliflower
  2. Sau·té garlic and unions until golden brown. Add chicken breast and 3 tbsp soysauce. 
  3. Simmer until the sauce is reduced and thickened and the chicken is tender. Pour chicken broth. Simmer.
  4. Add Carrots , grated cauliflower, greenpeas, mushrooms and egg. Mix well. 
  5. Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce, pepper to taste, cabbage and sessame seeds.
  6. Simmer for a minute. Serve
