INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 kilo shrimp
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 7 cloves chopped garlic
  • salt & black pepper
  • a squeez of lemon juice
  • Parsely

HOW TO PREPARE:

  1. Peel Shrimps shell, remove head.
  2. Melt butter in a pan.
  3. Add garlic cook until golden brown.
  4. Toss the shrimps and a squeeze of lemon.
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  6. Sprinkle parsely.
