Quick and Easy Potato Cheese Balls

INGREDIENTS:

  • Potatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • egg
  • cheese
  • breadcrumbs
  • Oil tfor frying

HOW TO PREPARE:

  1. Peel potatoes, cut into cubes and boil until fully cooked. 
  2. Mash them and add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cut cheese into cubes
  4. Take potato ball and spread it evenly to a small patty in your palm place a cheese cube in the center
  5. Gently bring edge together to make a ball. 
  6. Dip in egg
  7. Cover it with breadcumbs
  8. Heat oil in a skillet. 
  9. Drop Potato Cheese Balls one at a time into skillet. 
  10. Fry until golden brown
