Shrimp and String beans (Easy Low Carb Meal)

Stick and Ladle

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 50 - 100 grams String beans - Your Choice
  • 1/4 kilo shrimp
  • salt & black pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic 
  • 1/2 tbsp vinegar

HOW TO PREPARE:

  1. In heated pan, pour 1 tbsp oil 
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper to shrimp then fry until cook. remove from the pan..
  3. Using same pan saute garlic and onion until golden brown
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of water.
  5. Add 3-4 unpealed cooked shrimps. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste and vinegar. Using the ladle crush the head of the shrimp. Remove shrimp from the pan.
  6. Peel all the shrimps.
  7. Add the green beans and sliced tomato . Simmer for 1-2 minutes or until cooked.
  8. Add  shrimp. Add more salt and pepper if needed. Serve!
