Shrimpy Sauce - Zero Food Waste

  • 12 pcs Shrimp Heads (tasty liquid from shrimp heads) 
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2tbsp butter
  • chopped parsely


  1. Take out the tasty liquid from shrimp heads. Set aside.
  2. In a pan, melt the butter next is add the lemon juice,then the tasty liquid , simmer for a minute. Done. 
  3. Store it in the fridge  and use this to cook the shrimps or as a sauce to spoon over the cooked shrimps.
