INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup flour 
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder 
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 
  • 1/4 cup olive oil 
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup honey 
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cheese (cubes)
  • 10 leaves raw baby spinach 
  • 1/4 cup water

HOW TO PREPARE:

  1. In a blender, Blend spinach plus water. Set Aside.
  2.  In a bowl mix oil, honey,egg, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, milk, vanilla, spinach.
  3. Pour mixture in muffin tins(liners)  and top with cheese.
  4. Bake for 15-20 mins.
