INGREDIENTS:

  • Squidrolls (Optional)
  • 2 tbsp Oil 
  • 3 cloves Garlic Chopped
  • 1 Onion Chopped 
  • 1 Small Bell Pepper Chopped
  • 200 grams Pork
  • 2 tbsp Soysauce
  • 2 cups Water
  • Moringa Noodles (Any Noodles)
  • 1 tbsp of Seasoning
  • 1 Carrot 
  • 1 cup Cabbage 
  • 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper

HOW TO PREPARE:

  1. Fry Squidrolls and slice.
  2. Heat pan and pour oil. Toss garlic cook until golden brown, add onion, bell pepper,chopped pork and soysauce. Cook for 3 minutes. Add 1 cup water, cover and boil for 10 minutes.
  3. Add noodles, seasoning then mix.
  4. Add Carrot and Cabbage. Mix.
  5. Add 1 cup of water and 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder. Cover and cook low heat/medium fire for a minute. Add Chopped Squidrolls 
  6. Serve
