  • 1 cup all-purpose flour 
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup ml milk
  • 4 pcs small boiled sweet potato mashed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg 
  • a drop of vanilla
  • watermelon/any fruits
  • peanut butter
  • honey


  1. In a bowl beat butter, brown sugar, egg.
  2. Gradually add flour and milk.
  3. Stir baking powder, salt and mashed sweet potato until just combined.
  4. Heat frying pan and in a medium heat. Pour in a ladle of batter and allow to cook on one side. Gently flip the pancake and cook on the other side. 
  5. Top with watermelon/any fruits, spoon full of peanut butter and honey.
