        • I ordered more than 1 item, but only 1 item arrived so far. What happened to the rest of the items?

          • Different products could be shipped from different location due to multiple warehouses and suppliers we work with worldwide. So there could be a staggered delivery of the items even if you ordered more than 1 item in 1 order.
        • Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
